Hiroshi Okabe
Astrophotography instructor
Designed for people who have never photographed the night sky and are not sure they will like it. Hiroshi starts from which button is which. By the end of night two everybody leaves with a processed wide-field frame of the southern Milky Way over Lake Tekapo.
Sunset briefing, tripod discipline, focus and exposure. Shooting the reflection over the lake once the sky is properly dark.
Observatory session on the summit, then everyone processes their best frame from night one together.
